2. Delivery of Premium Ads and Add-ons

Upon successful payment for any premium service (such as Urgent tags, Feature Ad boosts, or Top of Page bumps) via any of the methods above, the service is activated instantly and automatically. The status of your ad will update immediately in your User Dashboard.

3. Purchasing CTC Wallet Coins

If you purchase CTC Wallet Coins to top up your account, the coin balance will be credited to your dashboard within 0 to 5 minutes of a successful transaction. These coins can be used immediately.

4. Pending Reviews

In rare cases, to maintain our 100% KYC scam-free ecosystem, an ad may be held for manual moderation after a premium payment is made. In these instances, the "delivery" of the ad visibility will occur within 12 to 24 hours. Your premium time duration will only begin counting down after the ad is approved and goes live.

5. Delivery Failures

If your payment is deducted from your bank (or coins deducted from your wallet) but the premium service is not reflected in your dashboard within 30 minutes, please reach out to our support team with your Transaction ID. We will manually provision your digital goods or initiate a refund.
