1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using City Trade Center (CTC) Classifieds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service or the marketplace. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers on the platform.
2. User Accounts & KYC
To access certain features, including posting B2B wholesale and B2C individual listings, you must register for an account. CTC enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policies to maintain a secure, scam-free ecosystem. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, OTPs, and Wallet Coins. CTC will never ask for your password or OTP outside of the official login screen.
3. Platform Role & Safe Harbor
CTC Classifieds operates solely as a technological facilitator and decentralized marketplace. We do not own, hold, inspect, or guarantee the condition, legality, or authenticity of any goods or services listed. All transactions, shipping logistics, and quality assurances are strictly between the buyer and the seller. CTC and Gcosol shall not be held liable for any financial loss, physical disputes, or damages arising from user interactions.
4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to post listings that include or promote:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unauthorized medical supplies.
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials.
- Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized replica goods.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit material.
- Financial scams, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, or fraudulent B2B offers.
5. CTC Wallet & Payments
CTC Coins are a closed-loop digital utility token used exclusively for purchasing premium ad placements (Featured, Urgent, Sticky) and B2B listing fees on the platform. They hold no real-world fiat cash value, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, and are non-transferable between user accounts. All purchases of CTC Coins via our payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. B2B vs. B2C Fair Usage
To maintain high-quality inventory, CTC enforces posting limits. Individual (B2C) users are granted a specific number of free ads based on the category. Once the limit is reached, a posting fee applies. Business (B2B) listings carry a standard insertion fee to prevent spam and ensure only serious wholesale inquiries are generated. Attempting to bypass B2B fees by posting wholesale goods in the B2C section will result in immediate ad deletion.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, logos, graphics, and software on CTC Classifieds are the exclusive property of Gcosol (G CARE ONLINE SOLUTIONS) or its licensors. You may not extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit any platform data, including scraping listings, without explicit written permission. By posting content on CTC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your listings for promotional and operational purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. By using CTC Classifieds, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data, including KYC documents and transaction history, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Gcosol employs industry-standard security measures but cannot be held liable for unauthorized breaches beyond our reasonable control.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payments made to Gcosol for CTC Wallet Coins, premium ad placements, or B2B subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed in the event of technical gateway failures where payment was deducted but services or coins were not credited to your account. Ad takedowns or account bans due to policy violations (such as posting Prohibited Content) do not qualify for refunds of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gcosol and CTC Classifieds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the platform strictly at your own risk.
11. Account Termination
CTC reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, forfeit wallet balances, and remove listings without prior notice if our moderation team detects fraudulent activity, spam, circumvention of fees, or a direct violation of these Terms of Service.
12. Modifications to Terms
Gcosol reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of CTC Classifieds after any such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or services provided by Gcosol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
